Need Resilience in the event of a fault? - Previously this meant installing additional ISDN30 circuits to your PBX - costly for just insurance purposes. Connect some spare line ports to Convertor and you have full resilient access in the event that your ISDN lines fail. This works the other way round of course so that if IPT is your main route for call traffic you could retain some PSTN lines as failsafe and calls would automatically route there in the event of an IPT problem

Do you have multiple offices? - Convertor will allow you to interoperate with all of the other products in the K10 IP Telephony range so your on net free calls to your other sites are guaranteed no matter if they have 2 or 200 staff.

Convertor requires a site visit by your telephone system maintainer / installer to carry out any physical connections or appropriate reprogramming of your PBX dependant on your requirements. Your existing Telephone numbers can be ported across to this service as well as new numbers added.
