Has the Inland Revenue approved this scheme?
As required under new legislation in April 2004, K10 Solutions remuneration packaging has been registered with the Inland Revenue by the promoters and has a unique reference number.
We have sought up to date opinions from legal Tax Council and addressed all areas of tax/NI law that deems the scheme to meet current tax legislation.

Are there any IR35 risk / exposure with this structure?
All Umbrella or Management Company structures have an IR35 risk. Our Tax Council opinion addresses IR35 and the structure is not caught under this legislation.

If my client/agency pays for some of my expenses – how are these treated?
There are no fees deducted from your direct expenses. As soon as K10 Solutions receives the funds they will pay them to you on the same day.
