eDesk


eDesk delivers remote support connectivity with out the need to change any hardware fire wall rules. If the user can connect to the internet and see normal websites they can be supported remotly with eDesk.

To use eDesk to support your clients all you need is a public server which can host the eDesk service, a website to allow clients to download a very small file which allows the computer to connect to the scure system and that is it. There is no bulky install routine, no uninstall just a fully working remote support tool which is secure.

eDesk works best over a broadband link, however it can be used over a dial-up connection.
