All too often IT service companies "over promise and under deliver" leaving a void between the customers expectation and the actual service that was delivered. Unfortunately this usually results in the customer having to fix the issues using another IT company or paying twice as much to have the issue(s) resolved.

At K10, we take pride in satisfying our customers by delivering products and services that meet or exceed their specified requirements at the agreed price on schedule. I'm pretty sure your're reading this and saying to yourself, "Yep, heard this all before", however untill you have used K10 to deliver a project or a service then your probably dealing with a company who's not aligned to their customers needs and / or requirements. What makes K10 different is our staff; their approach; their ability; and a passion to deliver our services to meet or exceed our clients expectations.

Our services are geared to suit all sizes of businesses, however not all businesses require all our services. It might sound like a contradiction, what we mean by this is it would be unethical, even bordering on the downright insane for us to sell licence management to a one person business.
